Soy causes memory loss....Does that sound true?

Can you believe this? I just read an article today stating the following: "Of 700 elderly Indonesians, those who ate tofu at least once a day had an increased risk of dementia or memory loss, particularly if they were over age 65. Researchers believe the link might be due to soy products' phytoestrogens, which may offer some neural benefits to the middle-aged and young but could harm those over 65."

I have to admit, the meat industry is pretty clever. Did you know that soy products are almost in every food we eat? Did you know that tofu is made purely from beans? A vegetable? A VEGETABLE!! Since when were vegetables linked to memory loss??!! Come on, that is extremely retarded. Again, propaganda doing its work on the minds of the people. What is the media coming to?

Sorry, if I sound irritated. I'm just trying to say something running through my mind. ^_^'
